Article 7

Rights of access to personal information and other rights

  1. In relation to the treatment of personal information, the interested subject has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal information involving him/her, whether already filed or not, and the comprehensible notification of said information.
  2. The interested person has the right to obtain the indication of:
  3. a) origin of personal information;
  4. b) purposes and modality of the treatment;
  5. c) logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments;
  6. d) identity of the holder, responsibles and person by article 5.2;
  7. e) subjects to which the personal information can be communicate or that they can know in quality of representative designated in the territory of the State or responsibles.
  8. The interested persons has the right to obtain:
  9. a) the updating, correction or, if so required, integration of said information;
  10. b) cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or obstruction of information handled in violation of the law, including information that is not required to be kept for the purposes for which the information was collected or subsequently used;
