Antognolla Resort and Residences development is brought another step closer to reality
14 April 2021, Perugia – Antognolla Resort and Residences, the unique hospitality and golf project located in the undiscovered green heart of Italy, is delighted to be yet another step closer to the great opening of Six Senses Antognolla Resort and Residences in 2023. Today marks the beginning of a partnership with Sacaim, a general contractor and subsidiary of Rizzani de Eccher that specialises in conservative restoration. The start of the construction will make Antognolla Resort and Residences one of the largest employers in the region and will support local industry since the construction materials and manpower will be sourced mostly from the area. This development represents an important milestone, bringing the resort one step closer to reality.
Antognolla Resort and Residences marked the beginning of construction works by presenting the first mock-up room. The resort promises to offer guests an exclusive country getaway in the green heart of Italy, which combines the heritage of Umbria with the comfort and convenience of modern living. The mock-up room gives a preview of what guests can expect from the future resort, offering a unique home-from-home retreat. Locally-sourced materials have been carefully selected to preserve and enhance the retained building fabric, creating a unique ambience with comfortable yet elegant interiors. The design carefully integrates cutting-edge technology, so guests will have uncompromised comfort while enjoying the unique character of a building constructed over three centuries ago. The external views are breathtaking and the beauty of the location inspires the exquisite interior design.
